After starting psyllium, my bowel issues significantly improved with regular movements and less bloating. Initially, there was some gas, but this resolved, and it has helped alleviate my irritable bowel syndrome.

I did not notice any improvement in my irritable bowel syndrome symptoms, including abdominal pain and gas formation. I thought this product would help alleviate my discomfort, but it hasn’t made a difference.

The best I could find regarding price and quality. This probiotic offers a high dose of 100 billion bacteria per capsule across 10 strains, which is excellent. It improved my facial skin condition and gut health. If you have more severe issues like irritable bowel syndrome, consider taking four capsules daily, but consult your doctor first. Remember to keep them in the fridge to maintain their effectiveness.
